Harare is where the competition for attention is hardest. Your buyer is seeing advertising from national brands, regional chains and every other business in your category, all in the same feed, all day. Whatever you post sits next to that.
Which means the bar is not “better than my last post”. It is “does not look out of place next to a company fifty times my size”.
What that costs, normally
That standard has usually meant a Harare production company and a production day. Crew, camera hire, location, permits, a day of everybody’s time. For an established business with a marketing budget, fine. For the majority of Harare SMEs, it has meant going without and posting phone photos instead.
The gap between those two options is where most businesses in this city sit.

Being straight about where we are
The studio is in Gweru, at the MSU Research and Innovation Hub on the Telone Campus. We are not going to list a serviced office in Harare to look local.
For this particular service, it genuinely does not matter — there is nothing to travel to. The entire process runs over WhatsApp, and a client in Msasa gets exactly the same turnaround as one down the road from us. Where it would matter is if you needed a camera crew in your building, and in that case we will tell you to hire one.

- For this service, no. Production can run remotely from your photos or footage, so there is nothing anyone has to travel for by default. A Harare client and a Gweru client get the same 48 hours and the same process. We would rather say that plainly than open a token address.
- Can we meet?
- If you are in Gweru, yes — we are at the MSU Research and Innovation Hub on the Telone Campus. Otherwise everything runs on WhatsApp, and in practice that suits most clients better than finding an hour for a meeting.
- How do Harare prices compare to agencies there?
- A Harare agency quoting a production day is working from a different cost base. We are not cheaper because we cut corners, we are cheaper because we removed the single most expensive line item.
- Do you understand the Harare market?
- Well enough to be useful, and we will ask rather than assume. Selling in Borrowdale is not selling in Highfield, and if you know your buyer we will build to that rather than to a generic idea of the capital.
- Can you turn something around for a weekend?
- Message by Wednesday and you will have it for the weekend.
Send one clear photo, or footage you already have, and a line about what the ad has to do. Most of the work happens in the studio, so there is rarely anything to schedule.
